The dramatic rescue was shared online on Tuesday (30 June), as reported by Need To Know.
Despite spending hours trapped beneath the rubble, Giselle appeared relieved and eager to show her gratitude once she was freed.
Rescuers are now working to reunite the dog with her owner.
They have urged anyone who believes Giselle belongs to them to come forward with photographs or videos that can prove ownership.
The rescue effort comes after powerful earthquakes measuring 7.2 and 7.5 struck the region on June 24.
The tremors caused widespread destruction, with almost 800 buildings reported to have collapsed.
While many rescue missions have focused on finding survivors, Giselle’s emotional rescue has provided a rare moment of joy amid the devastation.
