Shocking images show a huge landslide on a beach in Dorset – just months after a 230-foot crack emerged on the cliff.
Photos show a portion of Seatown Beach on the Jurassic Coast completely covered by the rockfall.

The cliff face appears to have entirely collapsed, with ancient rock spilling into the ocean.
Experts warned that thousands of tonnes of rock could collapse “at any moment” back in January when a 60-foot-wide section of the 600-foot cliff sank by three-foot.
The initial crack was left in April 2021 following a huge collapse of two large sections of the cliff.

Local photographer, James Loveridge, 32, from West Dorset, took images of the landslide this morning (21 July) at 10 am.
He told Jam Press: “I was surprised how big it was, after such a big fall in the same spot just a couple of years ago.
“The photos I saw from the ground didn’t show the full scale of it so I wasn’t expecting it to be as substantial as that.”
Seatown Beach is near West Bay Beach, a prominent filming location for the hit ITV show, Broadchurch.
