A duo of travelers asserts they’ve witnessed the creature known as the ‘Argentine Nessie‘ in Nahuel Huapi Lake, Patagonia.
The creature, named Nahuelito, resembling Loch Ness Monster, has been reported for over a century.
Allegedly a giant serpent or prehistoric dinosaur, its existence, like Nessie’s, lacks scientific validation.
The recent sighting occurred during a kayaking expedition, with the observers describing the mysterious figure during a serene Sunday sunset on January 21st.

One of the eyewitnesses, Manuel, shared with local media, stating, “We suddenly noticed something in the lake and started filming it.
We kept a safe distance as we didn’t know what it was, but it was very big and moving quickly.
Soon afterwards, it submerged and we didn’t see it again.” Hailing from Neuquén, Manuel couldn’t precisely identify the creature but emphasized its enormous size.
Local reactions varied, with one expressing satisfaction, stating, “Finally something well filmed.”
Another remarked on the absence of reliable videos confirming the monster’s existence.
Diego proposed an alternative, suggesting, “It’s a herd of wild boars crossing the lake looking for food.”
Luque put forth a different perspective, speculating, “They are southern river otters, the mother and her babies, no more than three or four. They feed on fish.”
