A masked gang raided a CARPET SHOP stealing cash after three of them crawled along the floor to get under the security shutters.
Two of the burglars lifted up the heavy metal rollers as the other pair snuck in.
They shimmed their way into the store on their backs.
CCTV from outside the shop shows one of the crooks then held up the shutters on his own while the third crept in.
Within just 53 seconds of turning up, they were inside
He then stood guard outside while the trio rummaged behind the counter of Medina Carpets and Furniture, in Shadwell, east London.
They searched through drawers near the till as one used a torch on his mobile to look around in the dark.
He then answers a call on his phone briefly before all three men – all wearing hoodies and puffer jackets continue their hunt.
They were captured on CCTV inside the shop during the break-in at 3:24am on Tuesday (13 Feb).
They are understood to have stolen a quantity of cash in the burglary.
Local Gary Welsh said: “Why leave cash in the property?”
Arianna Michaels said: “They actually kept cash on site?”
Another, named Troy, added: “Lets rob a random carpet shop.
“They always have cash in.”
Cristian Bunescu said: “Very British problem.”
A third quipped: “British remake of Ocean’s 11.”
One fumed: “Scum.”
The Met Police has been approached for comment.
