A 73-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of heading a family drug cartel and Police seized meth and guns from the group.
The frail-looking pensioner – named only as Sisawat – was detailed along with her sons Somchai and Wichian, aged 43 and 42 respectively.
Cops began investigating the syndicate following complaints from locals about drugs proliferating in the area.

They were stunned when they discovered the gang leader was allegedly an elderly woman and her subordinates were her family members.
Officers made eight arrests in total during raids on four locations.
The other arrested individuals are Sisawat’s nephews, aged 27 to 35.
In the raids, the police seized 2,115 methamphetamine tablets, three firearms, a pickup truck, account books, ATM cards, and land titles.
The total value of the seized haul is more than 5 million THB (£109,000).
The raids were carried out in Na Wa, Nakhon Phanom Province, Thailand.
The group sold drugs in multiple locations in the area, according to the police.
It’s not clear what punishment the suspects face, but Thai law permits death sentences for drug trafficking convicts.
