The UK’s tallest rollercoaster ground to a halt just weeks after opening.
Passengers were left stuck when Hyperia, which stands 263ft high and can travel at 81mph, suddenly stopped at Thorpe Park, in Surrey.
The £18million ride only opened in May, but has suffered some teething problems since.

Within a day of opening, it had come to a screeching halt.
On 15 June, it was closed again after a car got stuck at the top of the lift hill.
And on Sunday (21 Jul), it was stopped for around 10 minutes.
It was seen stationary at the top of the same steep incline, as reported on Need To Know.
One person said: “Riders were stuck on Thorpe Park’s Hyperia rollercoaster today which opened two months ago.”
Another claimed: “There’s definitely a bigger problem, this ride is having issues every other day.”
Thorpe Park said the stoppage was normal and at no stage were there any safety concerns for guests.
A Thorpe Park spokesman said: “Hyperia experienced a short delay in operation on Sunday July 21 and guests were held on the lift hill for approximately 10 minutes before the ride was restarted and the train was brought back into the ride station.
“Stoppages are perfectly normal and commonly experienced in theme parks everywhere.
“Health and safety is our number one priority and at no stage was there any safety concerns for guests.”
