A woman has been convicted for murdering her supervisor just a day after he was appointed by the court.
Sarah Dayan, 39, was found guilty of murder and number of other crimes on 23 December 2024.
The verdict comes more than four years after victim Keith Huss’ body was found.

The 57-year-old’s remains were discovered in a rest area in Hope, Alaska on 29 September 2020.

During the investigation, police learned that Huss was hired as Dayan’s third-party court supervisor.
It was a condition of the 39-year-old’s release from detention on bail.
On 28 September 2020, Huss picked up Dayan from a correctional facility in Kenai before heading to Anchorage, reportedly to work at his food truck.
This was the last time he was seen alive before his body was found by a passing motorist, who alerted the cops.
Following a manhunt for Dayan, she was arrested by state troopers on 1 October 2020 in Seward, about two hours away from Kenai.
The 39-year-old had purchased a pistol that matched the murder weapon, as reported by Need To Know.
Dayan also used the 57-year-old’s bank accounts, purchasing goods and transferring hundreds of dollars to her account.

Michael Huss, Keith’s brother, said: “We’ve talked a lot about closure I think with our friends and I didn’t really think it was about closure because my brother’s going to kind of always be with us.
“But what I didn’t appreciate was how much weight was put on us to find justice for Keith, and it’s been over four years and it’s just a huge relief.”
