“Teacher Lee Yoo-joo passed away yesterday (18 Feb).”

Shortly before her passing, Lee had posted two car selfies enigmatically captioned: “Bye.”
She had also updated her bio to read: “1990-2025”.
Lee was a yoga instructor with over 51,000 followers on Instagram and more than 7,000 on Threads.
Yogaum – in Seoul, South Korea – said: “Lee Yoo-joo was a beautiful and pure-hearted person who brightened the world with her special talents.

“Please pray that her soul may rest in peace.”
Lee’s cause of death hasn’t been confirmed, but her previous posts suggest she’d been struggling with fatigue.
Months earlier, she’d written: “I’m actually thinking about retiring, but I don’t know what comes after that.

“I’m working myself to exhaustion, and it’s really hard. I don’t want to say or hear anything. I have no appetite, no desires, nothing I want to see.”
She’d also written: “Family conflicts, failed relationships, societal expectations, and loneliness.
“It was through battling all of these that Yogaum was born, but there are times I resent it.
“Controlling my mind isn’t easy, and because my heart is in pain, my body suffers too. Even basic daily tasks are difficult.”
Moreover, she’d revealed: “I’ve been getting medical support for a long time just to stay alive.

“My daily life is a constant struggle. Even drinking a sip of water or finishing a bowl of rice feels like an uphill battle.”
As well as teaching yoga, Lee had appeared in several adverts.
She had also appeared on the reality show “Infinite Challenge”, as reported by Need To Know.
Ah Young commented: “In my teenage years, Teacher Yoo-joo was like a dream and a star to me.

“Through the times filled with pain, I wanted to visit and offer support, even if just once.
“But now, hearing this heartbreaking news, my heart feels shattered.
“I hope that, in that place, you can leave behind all your pain and shine more peacefully and freely.”
