An actress was hacked to death in the street as she was reportedly live streaming for 6,500 stunned fans.
Ai Mogami was stabbed in the head, neck and chest.
The voice actor was reportedly attacked by a crazed ‘anti-fan’ aged in his 40s.

She died in hospital about an hour and 20 minutes after the attack near the Takadanobaba railway station in Tokyo, Japan, this (11 Mar) morning.
Mogami, 20s, was livestreaming on WhoWatch at around 9.50am at the time of her death.

According to fans, she was doing a live broadcast about travelling on the city’s Yamanote Line when she was reportedly stabbed.
She suddenly started screaming for around a minute before a person covered in blood appeared on the screen alongside a man holding a knife.
He could be heard saying: “Are you dead yet?”
The victim’s stream became filled with messages from concerned fans.
A clip of her broadcast has surfaced on social media that shows the aftermath of Mogami being stabbed.
Police sirens could be heard in the background.

The alleged knifeman was arrested by the police at the scene.
The suspected murder weapon was also seized.
He has been reported as an ‘anti-fan’ of the voice actor and livestreamer, as reported by Need To Know.
However, some reports suggested the attack could have been about an unpaid loan of £5,262 (JPY 1 million).

By the time the emergency services had arrived on the scene, the victim had already stopped breathing and only had a faint pulse.
She was rushed to a nearby hospital but died shortly after arrival.
The police are trying to establish if Ai Mogami and the suspect knew each other prior to the alleged attack.
They are also reviewing the livestream to look for further clues as the investigation continues.
