A rowdy man who allegedly abused a cop was chased down the street and arrested.
Half-a-dozen officers pursued him on foot before putting him in handcuffs.
It happened after the man had allegedly made derogatory comments to officers.

An onlooker filmed the chase and arrest.

One witness could be heard saying: “He is not doing anything.”
After being put in handcuffs he was led to a waiting police van in Lowndes Street, Belgravia, west London last Friday (25 Apr).

Cops had been called to a protest outside the Pakistan High Commission, as reported by Need To Know.
One local said: “Well caught.”

Another said: “Some fit lads and lasses there, running with all that kit on.”
“Well done.”
While another referenced the movie Forest Gump, saying: “Run Forest, run.”

A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “Officers responded to a protest outside the Pakistan High Commission on Friday. 25 April.
“A counter-protest also took place at the location.
“Two men who were alleged to have verbally abused a police officer were arrested on suspicion of a racially aggravated public order offence.

“One was also arrested on suspicion of affray.
“The man arrested on suspicion of affray and a public order offence, a 26-year-old, was later released and will face no further action.
“The other man, a 33-year-old, was bailed until a date in June.”
