A young man tragically died after being bitten by a snake he was paid £5 to catch.
The victim – named only as Mohit – was reportedly called to the home of local resident Mangal Prajapati to remove the serpent.
In exchange for capturing the reptile, the 24-year-old was offered £5 – or 500 rupees.

Mohit attempted to trap the snake in a bag.
In footage filmed by an onlooker he was seen in the middle of the room with it wrapped around his neck and shoulders.
Mohit was handling the snake with his bare hands and tried to put it into a plastic bag, as reported by Need to Know.
According to witnesses, he continued handling it and ignored multiple warnings from bystanders to stop.
The snake attacked and Mohit was rushed to a nearby hospital but was declared dead upon arrival.
It took place on Saturday(20 Sept) evening in the village of Morana, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Police have launched the investigation into his death.
