A stubborn knifeman was tasered by police after repeatedly refusing to drop the weapon in a town centre.
Dramatic bodycam footage shows the confrontation between the culprit and officers after a chase.
Police had responded after he was seen carrying the blade.
He tried to run and was chased to a nearby car park where an officer told him, ‘put your arms out now or you’re going to get tasered’.

The man in a grey top and black trousers, responded, ‘what, taser me?’ and the officer said, ‘I’ve had a report you’re carrying a knife’.
The officer added, ‘put your hands out in front now, do as you’re told or you’re going to get tasered’.
The man replied, ‘taser me bro’, and the officer repeated, ‘do as you’re told’.
But instead of complying the man then turned his back and started walking away.
He then fell to the ground after the policeman fired the taser into him.
The black handled knife he was carrying also dropped to the floor next to him.
He was arrested and has now been jailed for 26 weeks.
It happened in Llangefni on Anglesey, north Wales, as reported by Need To Know.
Police have not named him.
A spokesperson for North Wales Police said: “A man has been jailed for 26 weeks after carrying a knife in a busy town centre.
“Last month, community members reported their concerns about a man seen with a knife.
Officers quickly located the man who was tasered after making off from officers.
“He was subsequently charged with possessing a knife in a public place and jailed for 26 weeks.”
District Inspector Wayne Francis added: “I would like to thank those who reported their concerns about this man.
“We will respond immediately to reports of anyone in possession of weapons in our town centres and communities.
“Carrying a knife doesn’t protect you – it puts you and those around you at greater risk of harm.
“I urge anyone with information about individuals having knives or other weapons to report this to the police or anonymously via Crimestoppers.”
