A drink-driver who was more than twice the legal alcohol limit has been jailed after causing the death of a teenage motorcyclist.
Ashley Quinton, 38, admitted causing the death of 18-year-old Tyler Durn by driving without due care and attention while over the limit.
He was sentenced at Gloucester Crown Court on Friday 13 March to four years and two months in prison.

Quinton will serve 20 months behind bars, reports Need To Know.
He has also been banned from driving for five years and must pass an extended driving test before returning to the road.
The court heard Quinton had drunk nine pints of beer before getting behind the wheel.

A breath test at the scene recorded 76 micrograms of alcohol per 100ml of breath – more than double the legal limit of 35.
The fatal collision happened on 19 May 2023 on Ermin Street in Brockworth.
Quinton was driving a Vauxhall Vivaro van when it collided with Tyler, who was riding a motorcycle.
Emergency services attended, but Tyler, who lived locally, was pronounced dead at the scene.
During the hearing, it was said Tyler had been travelling between 66mph and 76mph in a 30mph zone.
Following an investigation by a serious collision team, Quinton was arrested at the scene and later charged.
In a statement read to the court, Tyler’s mother, Ellie Durn, described the lasting impact on the family.

She said the loss had left “an unbearable silence” in their lives.
His father, Matt Quinn, said Tyler had been “ripped” from his family and would be deeply missed by his siblings.
Becca, the mother of Tyler’s young daughter, said their lives had been changed forever.
She said their child would grow up without her father.
Police said the case highlights the dangers of drink-driving.
