Ten people have been killed after a car ploughed into a crowd outside a sports centre.
Horrific footage has emerged showing the aftermath of the crash.
In videos which have surfaced on social media, bodies can be seen scattered across the ground.

Witnesses of the crash tend to those hurt as emergency services arrive at the scene.
People were walking around and exercising on the track shortly before the horror unfolded.
Suddenly, an off-road vehicle swerved into the pedestrian area.
Witnesses said the car intentionally drove into the crowd.
The driver reportedly circled the sports centre several times before police arrived.
The perpetrator, a 62-year-old man who has been named as Mr Fang, then fled the scene before being stopped and arrested by police.
At least 10 people were pronounced dead at the scene, as reported by Need To Know.
Around 27 ambulances were dispatched to the area and almost 100 injured people were treated.
Around 69 people were taken to hospital.
A police report revealed that the incident occurred at 7:48pm (GMT +8) on 11 November, at the Zhuhai Sports Centre in Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, in China.
According to the sports centre, people have been going there to walk and exercise in the evenings for around 10 years.
Normally, the running track is surrounded by a fence to prevent cars from entering.
After the incident, the sports centre announced its closure.
It is not yet known when it will reopen.
