In the clip, he explains how he noticed his own dogs were barking at the back door.
When he went to see what was going on, he spotted two Huskies.
Thankfully they were both wearing collars and he found their owner’s number.
It turned out the family had lost their house in the LA fires.
They were staying in a house nearby when Coco and Hunter made a run for it.
James can be seen putting the dogs on leads to “keep them safe” before introducing them to his own pooches, a brown Labrador called Finn and a Golden Retriever named Pepper.
He gives them cuddles, hugs and treats before their owner arrives an hour later.
At the end of the video, James is thanked for taking them in.
He captioned the post: “WHY DOES THIS KEEP HAPPENING TO ME,” referring to dogs which have appeared in his garden before.

It has gathered over 3.3 million likes and 12,000 comments from fans.
Jayden said: “James your so caring. Some people wouldn’t even do this, hope you are safe during the fires!”

Someone else wrote: “The fact that they stuck together.”
Another user added: “He is so gentle we made the right person famous.”

Los Angeles residents are currently bracing for further destruction as weather forecasts have indicated that winds may pick up again, which could fuel the flames.
So far, the Palisades fire has burned more than 23,000 acres.
At least 24 people have died in the fires and 23 others are missing in the Eaton and Palisades fire zones.
LA Mayor Karen Bass says winds are predicted to be “close to hurricane force level” and “urgent preparations” are being made.
