A mischievous moggy used up one of her nine lives after getting stuck in a JCB.
The black cat, called Misty, got wedged firmly in the hydraulic arm of the digger, 15ft in the air.
Luckily, workers on the building site spotted her tail poking out when they arrived to start work.

They called in firefighters and an animal rescue charity.
It took 12 hours to save the two-year-old puss.
They had to use washing-up liquid as a lubricant to get Misty out after sedating her.
She had gone missing from her owner’s house nearby in Minster-on-Sea, Isle of Sheppey, Kent, on 3 November.

The dramatic rescue took place two days later.
Two crews of firefighters from Kent Fire and Rescue Service were sent to help
“She was one very, very lucky puss,” Kent Wildlife Rescue Service volunteer, Gill Bishop, told What’s The Jam.
“It was so fortunate that someone rang us and that her tail was spotted before the digger started.

“Or it doesn’t bear thinking about what would have happened.”
Misty was checked over by a vet, treated for only minor injuries before being returned to her owners.
Gill added: ”The poor little thing was starving, and we think she may have been spooked by fireworks, so hid in the JCB.
“But, I did get a cuddle and a grateful purr from her.”
