An influencer who famously had his legs surgically lengthened has suffered a heart attack – as his girlfriend claims he has now promised to “party less”.
Yeferson Cossio was rushed to A&E after experiencing chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweats, nausea and dizziness.
Doctors later confirmed that he had a severe arrhythmia and carried out a procedure involving electric shocks to stabilise his heart.

“I’ve been in hospital for two days,” the 31-year-old told his 12.4m Instagram followers in a video posted on 22 December.
“I almost died because my heart failed me.”
In the same clip, Cossio also revealed that he was about to enter the operating theatre for what he described as a “small” procedure.
He later said the surgery had been successful.
Cossio denied claims his health scare was linked to alcohol or drugs.
The heavily-tattooed Colombian said: “My heart simply couldn’t take my lifestyle any more.
“I wasn’t using anything but I was sleeping every other day, under constant stress, working non-stop – and my body just gave out.”
However, footage has since surfaced showing Cossio clutching a bottle of liquor, dancing energetically and pouring drinks for others.

The clip was reportedly filmed just hours before the heart episode, though this has not been verified.
Cossio’s girlfriend, Carolina Gómez, appeared to back the influencer’s account of the events.
But she also admitted that he enjoys partying, as reported by Need To Know.
She said: “His heart was about to give out from too much stress.
“He was sleeping every other day because of work, and he’d been living like that for months.
“But he’s OK now, and he promised me he’ll take better care of himself, work less, and go out partying less.”

Cossio, from Medellín, previously made headlines after undergoing an “excruciating” leg-lengthening operation to increase his height.
Following the surgery in September 2023, he reportedly grew from 5ft 10in to 6ft 1in.
He then spent much of the following year on crutches and in a wheelchair during his recovery.
