A reality TV star worth £2.2m who was arrested for sneaking into the England game without a ticket has blamed the charges on a ‘cop’s ego’.
Tommie Lee was shown the red card on match day after she allegedly got into the stadium without a ticket.
The 42-year-old allegedly got into the restricted area for England’s quarter-final against Norway.

The star, most known for ‘Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta’, was jailed for a third-degree felony charge of interference with a sporting or entertainment event.
The arrest by the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office took place on 11 Jul, as reported by Need To Know.

However, since the arrest report was released, Tommie, whose real name is Atasha Jefferson, has hit back.
The star from Newark, New Jersey, has claimed that the issue was actually caused by a ‘cop’s ego’.
Posting online, she claimed that she was handed an ‘escort’ for the match.
Tommie Lee said: “Thought the invite would be nice.
“Had an escort and all.
“Sad I spent my money and didn’t even get to see the game all because of a cop’s ego.
“An escort they gave me, y’all should be tired for me; I can’t even stomach this false narrative they keep freely giving me. It’s sick and will be dealt with the proper way.”
Tommie pleaded not guilty to the arrest.
According to reports, she was released on 12 Jul after posting a £748 ($1,000) bond.
She was one of six people arrested during the game at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami – where England won 2-1.
A total of 19 people were also removed from the ground out of the 60,024 attendees.
A spokesperson for the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office said: “The safety and well-being of all attendees, athletes, and event staff remained our top priority, and our mission to provide a safe and secure environment was successfully accomplished.
“During the match, approximately 60,024 fans attended. MDSO made a total of 6 arrests and recorded 19 stadium ejections.
“These incidents were isolated in nature and were addressed promptly and effectively by law enforcement personnel.
“MDSO remains committed to maintaining the highest standards of public safety and is honored to play a key role in supporting an event of this magnitude.
“We appreciate the cooperation of fans, event organizers, and our local, state, and federal public safety partners in helping ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.”
