A man posed for a grinning selfie of him next to a dying patient after sneaking into the hospital.
Bubba Pollock posted the snap on social media to get back at the patient’s daughter.
The 34-year-old has admitted to a criminal harassment charge over the photo.
The picture was taken in a palliative care room at the Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare Centre in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, last summer.
The defendant, of London, Ontario, got into the hospital to pose next to the terminally ill, Andre Leroux.
The patient died of pancreatic cancer just weeks after the picture was taken.

His daughter, Britt Leroux had previously encountered the defendant online.
The pair had become embroiled in several heated rows on social media about LGBT+ Pride events in the community.
Pollock was in opposition to certain Pride events such as drag queen storytelling gatherings while Leroux was a vocal supporter.
It remains unclear how Pollock gained access to Leroux’s care room at the hospital after travelling from London to Windsor, around a two-hour drive.
Ontario Court Justice Mark Hornblower has asked for a pre-sentence report on the defendant ahead of the sentencing hearing.
Criminal harassment carries a maximum prison term of up to two years.
